This is based on the first acknowledgement that in an organization “everything starts from the top”. All processes have to start from the top and so does the self-improvement process.
This process includes:
Assessment of the top management.
Study of the organogram including cross-functional linking.
Locating blank and congestion areas in the organogram.
Establishing MFH – hierarchy.
Implementation of MFH – Training process.
The whole process will be done by the “top management”.
The concept believes that, to train a person:
First train his senior.
The senior will train the person.
The person will train the same to his sub-ordinates.
This completes the training and implementation cycle and makes the changes permanent.
