Self Improvement

In short it is an attempt to “going back to basics”. Management from Heart (MFH) believes that:
an-2

This is based on the first acknowledgement that in an organization “everything starts from the top”. All processes have to start from the top and so does the self-improvement process.

This process includes:

  1. Assessment of the top management.
  2. Study of the organogram including cross-functional linking.
  3. Locating blank and congestion areas in the organogram.
  4. Establishing MFH – hierarchy.
  5. Implementation of MFH – Training process.

The whole process will be done by the “top management”.

The concept believes that, to train a person:

  1. First train his senior.
  2. The senior will train the person.
  3. The person will train the same to his sub-ordinates.

This completes the training and implementation cycle and makes the changes permanent.
